Condition report – NSW Fair Trading
Click here to download NSW Fair Trading's ingoing and outgoing condition report for residential premises. The tenant and landlord should both fill in this report and sign it at the beginning and end of a tenancy. A condition report signed by both parties is good evidence if arguments arise.
